What’s included with a SimpleK12 membership?
Membership includes unlimited access to our catalog of over 1,000 courses, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, across 40+ education categories. For every course, you’ll earn a certificate of completion to help you meet your state’s professional development requirements (Clock Hours, CEUs, etc.).
Is SimpleK12 approved for Clock Hours, CEUs, or Course Hours in my school?
SimpleK12 serves educators in all 50 states and some internationally! Approvals vary by state and school district. We recommend confirming with your school leaders or professional learning director to ensure acceptance.
How do I manage my membership (cancel, update payment, change plan, view billing history)?
You can manage all aspects of your membership—including canceling, updating your payment method, changing your plan, and viewing your billing history—by logging into your portal: Growth by SimpleK12
Once logged in, you can manage your membership directly from your dashboard by clicking Update Membership at the top of the page. You can also go to the Profile tab and then select Billing to view your billing information, update or cancel your membership, and change your payment method.
What is your refund policy?
We offer 14-day refunds on annual purchases. Monthly memberships are not eligible for refunds. To avoid charges, cancel during your 30-day free trial.

Is my membership automatically renewed?
Yes. All individual memberships renew automatically—monthly plans renew every 30 days, and annual plans renew every 365 days.
Can I update my membership plan later?
