Workshop Description:
Providing students with voice and choice is an essential element of true project-based learning.
Join Matt Bergman as he defines project-based learning and shares tools and strategies for supporting project-based learning through menu choice boards.
Participants will also have an opportunity to create their own menu choice board that they can immediately use with their students.

Objectives
- Construct a menu choice board to facilitate student driven, project-based individual and collaborative learning experiences.
Special Technology Instructions
Participants will need access to an internet device and a non-school, personal Google account. SimpleK12’s Google Classroom will be utilized for the interactive and hands-on components of this workshop.
Assessment
Participants will complete an exit ticket to demonstrate their understanding of the workshop objective and reflect on their learning.
