Steven W. Anderson is a recognized expert in using social media in education. He regularly consults with schools and districts around the country on how they can use social media to break down barriers and extend learning beyond the classroom walls. A regular presenter at ASCD, ISTE, and various other state and local conferences, Steven speaks on technology integration, leadership and education reform. In his home district he works with School Administrators, helping them to build their capacity for change and leadership with technology. Yolanda Barker

Yolanda Barker first encountered education and computers in her Peace Corps assignment, and she was hooked. Yolanda earned her Bachelor's of Arts from Texas A&M University and a Master's of Arts in Teaching from The School for International Training. She has given workshops and presented around the world. She recently co-authored an iBook, "Hot Apps 4 HOTS" and currently co-hosts a weekly Blog Talk Radio show, "Appy Hours 4 U" with fellow app-enthusiast, Lisa Johnson. Deven Black

Deven Black is a teacher and middle school librarian in New York City, where he grew up. Prior to becoming a teacher at age 50, he was, in no particular order, a restaurant manager, radio newsman and talk show host, a restaurant reviewer, a voice-over artist, beverage columnist, a political campaign operative, a bartender, an advertising copywriter, and occasionally unemployed. Brian E. Bennett

Brian E. Bennett graduated from Asbury College in 2008 with a degree in Biology and Secondary Education. After graduating, he moved to South Korea to teach chemistry and AP Chemistry. He is now teaching Evansville, Indiana. Brian uses a Flipped Classroom with biology and chemistry students to expand their technology skills, build global connections, and provide a relevant and powerful curriculum. Susan Brooks-Young

Susan Brooks-Young is an experienced educator, having spent 23 years in education as a classroom teacher (in grades pre-K to eighth) and as an administrator (an assistant principal, principal, and technology specialist). She has written hundreds of articles and several books about using instructional technology in schools.  Susan is interested in the use of mobile technologies for teaching and learning, and is currently working on several mobile touch technology projects. Kay Cantwell

Kay Cantwell is the Education Officer of Digital Learning for ResourceLink, Brisbane's Catholic Education's information and resourcing centre. Kay holds a Graduate Certificate in ICT in Education, a Master of Education in Teacher Librarianship, and Graduate Diplomas in Religious Education and Education (pre-service). She has worked as a Deputy Principal, Teacher Librarian and Classroom Teacher. Chris Casal

Chris Casal is currently a technology teacher and coordinator for a K-5 public school with the New York City Department of Education. He has spearheaded and continues to support a school wide iPad implementation program. In this role, he continually researches, compares, and recommends apps for teachers and students to use. Among his other duties, he facilitates professional development sessions on iPads and Web tools such as website building, blogs and wikis, online bookmarks, and Twitter. Lisa Dabbs is a passion-driven educational consultant, speaker, presenter and former principal who lives in California. Amanda Dykes

Amanda Dykes is a 6th grade Earth Science teacher in Birmingham, Alabama. She organized Edcamp Birmingham, which reflects her passion for helping teachers find new styles of professional development, including through social media. She uses social media to support her love of connecting and learning from other educators. David Faure

With teaching experience dating back to 1989, David Faure has worked in the UK, New Zealand, Belize, and France. He had an honors degree in Ecology and experience in environmental education before training for a post-graduate degree in education. Renny Fong

Renny Fong has been a New York City public school educator since 1997 and has taught kindergarten, fourth grade, fifth grade, and computers/technology. He received his Masters in Elementary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, in 1994. In addition to teaching, he is also currently a Wallace Principals Institute Fellow at Bank Street College, where he is studying to receive a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and New York State Building Leader certification in 2013. Sam Glicksman

Sam Gliksman began his career as a classroom teacher in Australia, moved to the U.S. about 20 years ago, and began a small company that developed and published computer software. Akevy Greenblatt

Rabbi Akevy Greenblatt is currently the Judaic Studies Lower School Principal at the Margolin Hebrew Academy in Memphis, TN. Akevy is also part of the administrative team for the Margolin Hebrew Academy/ Finestone Yeshivas of the South, a Pre-K-12 school. Rabbi Greenblatt has been involved in education for the last 20 years and is a leading change agent in trying to incorporate 21st Century skills with Judaic studies. Jayme Linton currently serves as Director of Teacher Education at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
