Purchase Orders

We accept Purchase Orders for Teacher Learning Community memberships.

You may fax your Purchase Order to InfoSource, Inc. at 407-796-5190

IMPORTANT: Incomplete Purchase Orders will be denied. For small Purchase Orders of less than $1000 USD, a $25 USD Processing Fee must be applied.

Please make sure your Purchase Order includes the following information:

  1. Your School/Organization's

    • Name

    • Address

    • Phone Number

  2. Date

  3. Name and Title of Authorized Purchaser

  4. Where to send the invoice, including:

    • Name and Title

    • Email Address

    • Fax Number

  5. Where to send the membership, including:

    • Name and Title

    • Email Address

    • IMPORTANT - If purchasing items for multiple individuals, make sure to include this information for each recipient.

  6. Our Vendor information:
