SimpleK12 Toolkits

Question: I did not receive my toolkit.

Answer: Check your inbox for an email:

FROM: 181137@bizmailtoday.com On Behalf Of SimpleK12 Team

This email is usually delivered within a minute or two, but sometimes the email "pipes" get clogged which will cause a slight delay in delivery. Please be patient.

If you don't see this email, it may be in your SPAM, JUNK, or BULK mail folder.

Question: I cannot advance through the lessons or launch the content.

Answer: Make sure you meet the minimum system requirements:

1)  Pentium Dual Core (or comparable), or higher CPU

2)  Microsoft Windows or Mac OSX (Supported operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OSX 10.3)

3)  1GB+ MB system RAM 1280 x 1024 or greater resolution

4)  16-bit color or greater

5)  Internet Explorer v8.0 OR Firefox v3.5 OR Safari v4

6)  Broadband Internet connectivity (256kb modem or greater) Flash Player (Version 10)

Question: I meet system requirements but am still having issues launching the lessons.

Answer: There are two possible solutions for this.

1)  Try reducing the amount of ZOOM used. If you’re using FireFox or Internet Explorer:

Use the Menu at the top of the browser.

Click View -> Zoom -> Zoom Out

NOTE: The content for the Google Lessons have bigger dimensions.

2)  The controls could be hanging below the bottom edge of your screen so you can’t see them. Try setting the screen display to 1280 by 1024 that might help. This will show the content fully on screen including the controls.

Set screen display like this: Right click on your desktop. Select Properties Click the Settings tab Move the slider for Screen Resolution until you see something close to or above 1280 x 1024 pixels. Click OK.
