10 Things that Make a Master Teacher
Want to become a master teacher?
Do you have what it takes to be a master teacher? Think you do? Then check out the infographic I found on Twitter recently. I watch social media closely and it's my job to share some of the hot topics on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and other outlets that teachers, principals, students, and parents are contributing.
Alex Corbitt posted an infographic from Sylvia Duckworth on his personal Twitter account. The infographic is about what 10 things make a master teacher. The ideas came from George Couros. You can see the infographic below.
Every teacher is capable of achieving all 10 items listed on the infographic above, no matter what subject and grade level they teach or how many years of experience they have. The items on this list aren't about keeping up with the latest educational trends or tech products, but about putting students first and making meaningful connections with them to enhance their learning experience.
What would you add to this list? Are there any points on the infographic that you struggle with? What are some tips you have for beginning teachers regarding the 10 points on this infographic?
